Hi, I'm Laurence

I'm an expert in burnout, with a passion for the subject connected to my own experience of burning out. I've spent nearly two decades researching this topic, and coaching people to prevent, identify and recover from burnout.

Myself and the team I built and led on behalf of the charity Rethink Mental Illness trained 60,000 people from all sectors and walks of life across the UK in mental and emotional resilience-building and burnout prevention techniques and methodologies. I've used all of our learnings, along with my experience of coaching individuals directly, to inform this super-condensed tool.
